Single storey side extension in Bentley Heath, Solihull with extensive structural roof works to form a hipped roof with flat roof section incorporating two large plateau roof lights.

This extension was meticulously designed from the start with every detail copied to match the main house, we even drove to the East Coast to source matching roof tiles as they are discountinued tile.

Hidden within the roof are two cranked steel beams allowing us to form a part hipped and part flat roof on this project which then houses two huge plateau roof lights  flooding the extension with natural light. This is further aided by 6 windows again all matching the design and style of the main house.

On this extension we also removed the original side wall creating one huge family space.
