This dormer loft conversion in Bentley Heath, Solihull included rear dormer finished in Slate grey cladding.

Due to limited head height within the existing loft space the first floor ceilings were lowered on this property to gain additional height for the loft conversion.

Two top hung Velux MK04 roof windows were installed to the front elevation to enhance natural light within this conversion to both the bedroom and stairs.

This loft conversion formed a master bedroom and en-suite with a large amount of storage space created to the front elevation.

The rear dormer includes a large window to the master bedroom and another window to the en-suite.
