Large Rear Extension in Dorridge, Solihull

This project in Dorridge, Solihull included a large rear extension with large roof lantern and sliding aluminium doors and complete renovation of the main house.

The rear extension element of the project created 42 square metres of additional space including huge kitchen and family space, utility and study.

The Flat roof to this extension is disguised by a parapet wall, installation of a 4 metre by 2 metre aluminium roof lantern and the roof surface finished in high performance fibreglass coating.

Internal alterations included removal of the ground floor rear wall to allow full use of the new space, formation of the utility room and study.
