Single storey rear extension with bi fold doors to rear elevation, to enhance natural light into the dinning area a high level feature window was also installed.

Internal load bearing walls to the rear were removed to create this large open plan kitchen family space.

The project also included renovation works throughout the property including a part garage conversion to create playroom , w.c and utility room.

To the first floor alterations created a new en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom.

Large wrap around kitchen with granite worktops were installed with new flooring throughout the ground floor.
