Rear Extension with Sliding Doors, Dorridge, Solihull

This project in Dorridge, Solihull included a large rear extension with two large roof lanterns and two sets of sliding aluminium doors and aluminium windows to the new utility and play room.

The rear extension element of the project including the removal of the rear original wall creating a huge kitchen family space, utility room and playroom divided with internal folding doors.

The Flat roof to this extension is disguised by a parapet wall with colour matched aluminium copings and the roof surface finished in high performance fibreglass coating. The external finish on this extension is completed in pre coloured silicone based K-Rend render. This system allows a stunning crisp look and minimum maintenance, this was complimented with colour matched rain water goods from the flat roof, every detail was taken into consideration on this project as part of the usual UY S standard.

Internally a bespoke German kitchen was fitted incorporating the latest technology in extraction for the new island mounted induction hob, new flooring laid throughout to finish off this amazing project.
