The huge roof space to this modern new build was ripe for a truss loft conversion to gain our clients extra space with no loss of garden and minimal disruption.
What UY S did
UY S fully designed this loft conversion including structural calculations to form bedroom and study.
This included three MK08 Velux Roof windows (78cmx140cm) and two MK27 Velux Roof windows (78cm x 62cm) allowing lots of natural light into this new space.
Internal doors were upgraded to comply with building regulations , new feature staircase installed and all the structure structurally upgraded and insulated.
