Single storey extension to create larger kitchen and dining room, natural light was a key criteria from our clients.
What UY S did
A single storey flat roof extension was constructed with large roof lantern to enlarge the kitchen footprint to create a dinning area.
Our client really wanted lots of natural light so we installed a large aluminium roof lantern , three windows to the rear elevation closely matching the original house with mock mullions and feature brickwork and then to make access to the garden a breeze a side door was fitted.
