About this project
Single storey extension to create larger kitchen and dining area including utility and ground floor w.c.
This project also included a complete renovation of the whole property, new windows , new central heating system with underfloor heating to the entire ground floor.
New bathroom installed to the first floor.
What UY S did
A single storey flat roof extension was constructed with parapet and roof lantern to enlarge the kitchen footprint.
Crittal style feature over sized door and glazing installed to the rear elevation.
A complete renovation was undertaken including new heating system, full rewire and new bathroom.
To the ground floor feature flooring was laid throughout , new kitchen and ground floor w.c
