A complete property renovation including both single and two storey extension to the rear to create a modern rear aspect to the pre war property to create a larger living space and additional bedroom.
What UY S did
A single storey flat roof extension was constructed with parapet and roof lantern to enlarge the kitchen footprint.
A two storey extension was formed to create a large dinning area and also create an additional bedroom to the first floor.
Internally extensive structural alterations were undertaken, underfloor heating installed to the whole ground floor, Karndean flooring laid throughout , New kitchen installed with quartz worktops and downdraft extractor.
New bathrooms installed , bi fold doors installed to both the kitchen and dining area.
