The rear part of this garage has already been used to create a ground w.c but the rest of the space was still the usual unloved space; but our client needed space to work from home.
What UY S did
After removing the existing garage door to this property in Dickens Heath ;the brickwork was built up and toothed in to allow us to fit a window narrower than the original doorway so it helped to loose the look of a bog standard conversion.
Internal structures were insulated to achieve building regulations and then fully plastered, our client now has a space to work with lots of natural light which is nice and cosy in the winter months but importantly comfortable in the warmer periods.
