As part of a full renovation of this property the garage space was designated to become a ground floor bathroom and utility room.
What UY S did
After removing the existing garage door to this property in Leamington Spa ;the brickwork was built up and toothed in to allow us to fit a window narrower than the original doorway so it helped to loose the look of a bog standard conversion, obscure satin glazing was included for a modern look but to maintain privacy.
Internal structures were insulated to achieve building regulations and then fully plastered, the bathroom includes a free standing feature bath, concealed cistern for a wall hung toilet and bespoke vanity unit and basin, Tile work to floor , to include a tiled skirt and then timber effect panelling behind the bath with wall mounted tap.
