Detached garage to this modern new build , our client needed space to work from home but wanted to retain the look of the garage from the front and still needed storage space.
What UY S did
We converted the rear 3/4 of this double detached garage , with storage space retained to the front with internal access from the garage conversion. We install a new upvc window and French doors overlooking the garden.
The structure was insulated and upgraded to achieve building regulations, we also installed a new side access door to the storage space and also replaced an existing external door to the main house.
Flooring was laid through the conversion with a complimentary media wall and fully decorated.
